Spectrum Gymwear originated from our sister company Spectrum Merchandising where we find many people not only looking for great gymwear to have at work and for their customers but also for themselves. This is why Spectrum Gymwear has been so popular among our regular customers. Its a place where you know you will get an exceptional piece of gym clothing that has been (quite literally) tried and tested by ourselves and many of the gyms who have purchased their uniforms from us. We know that looking great is always a great but everything that we stock is comfortable to train in and can be washed over and over again and is still like new.

FAQs

How soon will I get my delivery?

We aim to ship within 3 working days of receiving your order and delivery is normally 2-3 working days from despatch, so hopefully within 1-2 weeks.

Can I change my mind?

If you contact us by email to cancel or amend your order 4pm on the day of ordering (or by 4pm the next working day if orders are placed after 4pm or over the weekend), we can normally make these changes before your order is despatched.

Can I return the items?

Please contact us by email to let us know you which items you want to return and as long as the garments are unworn and in a resellable condition, this is fine. Please note that personalised garments can only be returned if they are faulty. Please send your returning garments to us at:

Do I have to pay to return my order?

Yes, you will need to pay to return your items unless they are faulty or incorrectly sent. We try to keep our costs to a minimum so we can’t offer free returns.

Is it safe to order online?

We take every possible precaution to ensure your ordering is safe. We don’t hold any credit card details on file.

Are items reserved? Sometimes items that you order may be out of stock. When this happens we’ll let you know as soon as possible and offer you an alternative or a full refund.

What happens if my parcel is returned to sender?

If your parcel has been returned to sender, as soon as we receive your parcel back, we’ll contact you. If the parcel has been returned due to an invalid/incomplete address, the customer will be charged for both original postage and the return postage.

What if I have a complaint?
